DELIVERY

Orders are delivered as standard within 3 working days.We also can offer a next day service for £10 extra. Delivery Costs are below with a guide as to what the Pallet sizes approximately take (dependent on case/bottle size):

• Eco – Quarter Pallet From – £15 (30 Cases of 6 Bottles)
• Eco – Half Pallet From – £30 (60 Cases of 6 Bottles)
• Eco – Full Pallet From – £30 (120 Cases of 6 Bottles)

• ‘Next Day’ delivery can be offered at an additional £10 cost per pallet ordered (orders must be placed before 3pm, Monday – Friday & available to certain post codes only)
• Premium ‘Zone 4’ delivery is to be added for Post Codes: DG, EH,  FK, G, KA1-26,29,30, KY, LD, ML, PA1-19, SA, SY4-25, TD, TR Mainland, PL10 to 15 incl 17,18, 22 to 35 inc. LL15-LL19, LL21-LL49, LL51-LL78. The cost for this is £50 per quarter/half or full pallet

*Where a delivery is just over one of the pallet sizes above, the delivery cost at the time of booking will automatically round up to the next available option. However where possible we will try and fit as much onto the lower pallet size (to save costs for you & the environment) e.g if you order 125 cases, during the checkout process it will assume you will be charged for a full & a quarter however it is likely we will be able to fit all of this onto only 1 pallet, so we will notify you of this at the time of booking & adjust your invoice accordingly to reflect the lower delivery cost.Please let us know of any special requirements when making your order. We will contact you within 24 hours of your booking (on orders placed Monday-Thursday, longer may be applied on Friday orders), if we need to confirm any delivery details with you.

As the delivery is made through Pallex, please see the conditions below for the order:

Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimated times for the day of delivery and therefore ask that there is somebody available on site to sign for the goods.

Access will be needed for a 17 ton delivery vehicle (13m approximate length of vehicle) with a tail-lift and a pallet truck. Please can you inform us if these vehicles will not be able to access the delivery address or if there are any issues (sharp bends, narrow carriageways etc), as we may be able to arrange alternative arrangements and a smaller vehicle (this is not guaranteed and available in all areas).

We will require a contact telephone number which will only be used if there is a problem locating your address or if you require a phone call an hour prior to making the delivery. If the driver is unable to unload the goods at your property or site, then your delivery will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements for delivery at your expense.

All of our deliveries are curbside only. The goods will be delivered to the nearest and safest point to your property so please ensure that there is sufficient man power on site to move your delivery. It is not the responsibility of the driver to do this for you. Every effort will be taken to deliver your order on the date arranged, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to reasons beyond our control (eg: broken down vehicle, issues with access, acts of God etc.)

Pallex will make every effort to contact you if there should be any delays to your delivery; however this is not always possible.

We only deliver to the addresses in the United Kingdom.
