Orders and Returns

Order Process

We are a wholesale business. Our products are usually sold per case (unless otherwise stated) and as such our minimum order is a Quarter Pallet. This equates to:

  • Wine/Spirits: 15 cases of 12 bottles or 30 cases of 6 bottles
  • Beer: 26 cases x 24 bottles (33cl bottles) or 32 cases x 12 (500ml bottles) or 30 cases x 24 (500ml cans)

We will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm products, payment & delivery (cost & date).

We cannot guarantee the availability of any product at time of sale.

In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We reserve the right to not accept any order made on the site (and will refund any order that we wish to not accept). We cannot guarantee the availability of specific years.

You have 7 days to cancel the order. Once the order has been confirmed and the despatch process started, we are unable to cancel the order (and any returns, as detailed below will be subject to delivery charges).



Delivery is through the Palletised Freight Distribution company, Pallex. Therefore the following steps need to be taken upon delivery of your order:

  • All goods must be checked & signed against the delivery note and must be done so before the driver departs.
  • Do not sign for delivery unchecked.
  • Please mark on the delivery notes any shortage or damage and contact us within 24 hours. In the event that there are damages on delivery, please sign the delivery note as ‘DAMAGED’ and call us to let us know so that we may arrange replacements or discuss an alternative resolution. Photographic evidence of breakages will be required. Any claims will be rejected if this procedure is not adhered to.
We are able to offer ‘next-day’ delivery on all orders placed Monday to Friday (guaranteed before 3pm). Normal deliveries will be delivered between 2-3 days. Exact date and cost of the delivery will be confirmed once order has been approved.

We are able to offer an exchange for any unwanted, none damaged and re-sellable goods. We are also able to offer a credit note. However we must be notified of any exchanges required, within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged or shortages in stock will be offered a full refund.

Returns are subject to transport charges and will be required to use Pallex.

All goods are Duty Paid but prices are excluding UK VAT (standard rate 20%).
